World Reunion
The dates for the 2012 reunion will be for the nights of July 19th, 20th and 21st, i.e., check in on the 19th and check out on the 22nd.  It will be  held in south central Indiana in beautiful Brown County.  For those wanting to come in early or stay longer, you can get the same discounted rate.

To book your room, call 1-800-772-5249.  If at all possible, call Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 5:30 EST, and ask for Brenda Feltner.  Tell her you are with the Kawasaki Vulcan Riders Forum Group, Promotional Code # 0654,  and she will be happy to take care of you.  They do have a policy to charge your credit card for a one night deposit.  If you do not want your card charged now, you have to tell her, however, they will charge the deposit 30 days before arrival.  Do not book your room on-line or your card will be automatically charged now.  
 
We have toured the hotel.  It is an older hotel with rustic decor, but they have new carpet, new wall coverings, and fresh paint everywhere.  The rooms and hotel amenities are very nice.  There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but we will have extra coolers on hand and maybe the guys who are caging could bring a cooler.  There is a huge parking lot so all you guys with trailers will have no problems.

We have 62 rooms blocked for this event.  This hotel has 99 rooms and we can add or delete rooms as needed.  Nashville is a very biker friendly, quaint little town.  They have a lot of tourists that visit in the summer and fall months.  There are a couple of other hotels in town, but the prices will likely be higher than our negotiated rates, so please make your reservations as soon as possible.  If you think there is any way you can make it, go ahead and book the room now as they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and you can always cancel later, if necessary.  If you have to cancel and the deposit has already been charged, it will be credited back to your credit card as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance.  We're hoping a waiting list won't be necessary, but if it is, we will handle it on an individual basis as the time draws near.

We really don't have an overflow hotel. The nearest hotels that may be a little cheaper are about 15 miles away.  We have no knowledge of the availability, prices or the reputation of these establishments.   If you think you may be interested in those, here are a few you may consider:

Guys be sure to bring your wives/girlfriends/SOs to this one as they will definitely enjoy the many little shops that are just walking distance from the hotel.  There is also a "train" that stops at the hotel that will take you to downtown Nashville and back if you can't walk or shouldn't drive.
